Application:
The VIANEN Plenum Ventilated Ceilings are suitable for all types of medium and heavy duty cooking equipment over wall (FPW) or double island (FPE) arrangements.
The Plenum ceiling needs less height then the Spantile ceiling. The ceiling makes it possible to be flexible in the layout in catering equipment and simplify addition of equipment. The V-Plenum Ventilation Ceiling is an all in one solution with integrated V-ITL light fittings and extract and supply air. Draught free introduction of supply air provides a comfortable working environment.
Fabrication:
The VIANEN Plenum Ventilated Ceiling is fabricated from stainless steel 304 and can be fabricated seamless up to lengths of 6 meters. All visible surfaces are ultra fine grain polished and the joints are welded and polishes. The ceiling between the Plenums is fitted with removable stainless steel panels. Perforated stainless steel ceiling panels are used for the vertical supply air. Filtration of the exhaust air is done through the Vianen Fecon filters and integrated light is supplied by the Vianen V-ILT light fittings. All units are provided with fixture points for installation.

Draught free introduction of supply air through the vertical supply Plenum provides a comfortable working environment. A intergraded light plan with V-ITL light fittings assures a good light level in the kitchen area. Removable stainless steel panels between the Plenums assure a hygienic and esthetic ceiling.

The VIANEN Plenum Ventilated Ceiling is fabricated from 1 mm thick stainless steel type 304 and can be fabricated seamless up to lengths of 6 meters. All visible surfaces are ultra fine grain polished and the joints are welded and polishes (grit 320). The ceiling between the Plenums is fitted with removable stainless steel panels. Perforated stainless steel ceiling panels are used for the vertical supply air. All units are provided with fixture points for installation.
The ceiling is equipped with Vianen Fecon® grease extraction filters. The grease runs off the filters into an integrated grease channel and into easily removable grease tray(s). Blind filters are installed where no extraction is necessary.
Integrated in the ceiling are the Vianen V-ITL® rated IP 54 recessed light fitting(s) complete with cable to an electrical box. The V-ITL light fittings have a light level of 500 lux at working height.
