Seasoned entrepreneur who strongly believes in continual improvement and customer satisfaction which can be achieved only through reliable and consistent quality policy and service. Established Falcon Technical & Trading Co. (FTTC) in Doha, Qatar in 1989 which today has emerged as the leader, in its represented industry, within a short span of time. FTTC is also the only ISO 9001:2008 certified company in Qatar within the represented industry.

Ashok Kumar is the Finance Manager at FTTC and oversees all accounting and budgetary activities of the company. With over 10 years experience in Administration and Finance (particularly in Projects), he is responsible for designing and implementing systems to achieve financial discipline, and monitoring of outlets. Ashok heads the internal and external audits of the company along with the MIS. He acts as the company liaison with bankers, insurers, consultants and auditors of company units.

Leone joined Falcon Technical & Trading Co. in 1996 and has been integral in the growth and span of the company. He started and grew through his career performing secretarial duties, product sales, drafting, engineering and managerial functions to take his current designation as the Sales Manager. Leone manages and directs the sales team insistently towards better and larger goals; bringing in some of our most reputed and largest clients. Leone is responsible for the periodic sales goals – weekly, monthly and quarterly – essential for the growth of the company.

Vincent heads the sensitive after-sales and spare-parts department of FTTC. After a stint in hotel management, he joined Falcon in 2007 and has been executing his functions for our wide array of clients. His experience is of value for purchase and acquisitions of the equipment inventory. Vincent articulates his responsibility execution by attending to cross-functional details across the company horizontals, ensuring individual attention to the requirements described by category end-users.

Eric is the site incharge of the FTTC execution team. A graduate in Indutrial Technology, he has been working with Falcon since 2006 executing a large number of our projects across Qatar and Philippines. His personal learning in the field of refrigeration technology has led to a number of innovative solutions for the critical issues we face on-site from time to time. Eric has participated in training programs conducted by esteemed manufacturers such as Bitzers, Emerson, Granuldisk, Technoblock, Irinox and others making him our de-facto knowledge head for refrigeration technology support.

A Diploma graduate in Electrical Engineering, Ronnie has been associated with FTTC since 2005. Having been associated with our projects across Qatar and Philippines, he has played a major role in supporting our service teams. Ronnie has been involved in a truly large number of projects managing on-site maintenance for our service teams. An avid student of Electrical and Electronic components of kitchen equipments, Ronnie has participated in training programs of Hobart, Beech, Granuldisk, Emerson, Technoblock and certification courses of Executive Technical Consultants Trade Test & Training Centre and Rational CPC/CM/CD.
